My Approach
I love working with people of all ages- from curious young kids to thoughtful teens and resilient adults. Over time, I’ve learned that one size does not fit all in therapy. Every person carries their own history, hopes, and challenges, and so the way we work together will always be tailored to you.

While I draw from different approaches, I often work through a psychoanalytical lens, because I’ve observed that so much of who we are today is shaped by our past experiences. I also integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful patterns, and Narrative Therapy to explore and reframe the stories you tell yourself.
To me, counseling isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about understanding, growth, and building the inner strength to move forward in ways that feel right for you.
